Today, our small, but mighty crew, prepared a request from DCF (Department Of Child and Families) for linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items for a mom and her one-year-old little girl. As you can see from the smiles on Gada and Phyllis’s faces, they were super thrilled to be able to bring a little love and comfort to a neighbor in need! Janet, one of their case workers, came by to pick up the items. It is always our pleasure to work with DCF. Their case workers are on the ground level of seeing to the needs some of society’s most vulnerable - whenever they come to us, they are always deeply appreciative of whatever we do.
